Male church members should be prepared to preach, teach Bible class, and lead prayer. Female church members should be prepared to teach children’s Bible classes.

When preparing Bible lessons, keep material on a sixth-grade comprehension level. Most of the people are not highly educated. An interpreter will translate classes and sermons. Also, when preparing lessons, take into consideration the time needed to translate the lesson so the lesson does not lose the attention of the audience. Also, keep in mind jokes and idioms may get lost in translation.
