We had a safe trip from Yendi to Accra.  We picked Red up this morning at 6:30.  We usually pick him up at the junction near his house.  Steve likes to give him a wakeup call when we have to leave early just to make sure that he is actually awake.  We also like to remind him to get his driver’s licenses.

We got to the airport about ½ an hour before we were able to start checking in which made Steve very happy.  He would rather be early than have to rush around after being late.

We needed to drop off the audit at the auditor’s office today but when we passed through Tamale it was too early to drop it off.  Red is going to drop it off for us before he goes back to Yendi.  Red has to look for a head light for someone’s vehicle while he is in Tamale we hoped he would be in Tamale long enough for the auditor to get in the office.  Things did not work out exactly the way we planned.  The auditor was late getting to the office.   Red went there a couple times then he called the secretary and was told to leave the files with the watchman.  The watchman will give it to the auditor.

We had an uneventful flight to Accra.  Bismark, the van / taxi driver that we hired to take us to and from the airport was standing outside the terminal waiting on us.  It is good to have friends in high places.  The driver took us to the mall to change money and buy some food for lunch.   Then he took us to the hospital where we have to go tomorrow to have our Coronavirus test.  Steve wanted to talk to the staff to make sure that everything was good for tomorrow.  From the hospital he took us to the apartment.  It is sort of like having our own car.

Thank you for keeping us in your prayers.

In His Service,

Steve and Kandie
