We spent the bulk of the morning filling out the paperwork for the employees.  Poor Donkey had to make 3 trips back to his house to get all the information we needed to help him fill out his forms and still we did not get everything we needed because his son Yahyha has gone to the police academy and has taken his Ghana card and health insurance card with him.    Yahyha is not allowed to have any phone calls so Donkey could not call him to get the information.  Mr. Iddrisu had almost all of his information but one of his kids does not live with him so we had to put her on as a beneficiary even without the information.  Steve sent a message to the people who are requiring that these forms be filled out to find out if and when the dead line is.  We are worried about the evangelists that live far away from Yendi.  Steve sent Daniel Batoln a message this morning and asked him to bring his documents to class on Friday but the phone reception is terrible in his area so we have no way of knowing if he got the message.

We still have not heard anything from the architect that is drawing up the plans for the training center so Steve texted him and asked him where the plans were.  He said that he is still working on them and that hopefully we should have them by Monday.  Please, we wrote him back and told him that it was taking far too long and that we might have to withhold part of his money.  Ha!  Maybe that will light a fire under him.

Steve changed out a plug at the Child Center this afternoon; he thought the power to the switch was off but he got shocked twice.  He finally cut off the power to the whole building to finish the job; it is no fun getting shocked.  There seems to be a fault with the meter box at the Child Center.  Steve has been monitoring the usage and even when everything in the building is turned off the meter keeps running.  He is going to have to go to the electric company and see if they will put in a new meter.

Thank you for all you do for us and for the work here in Ghana.  We really appreciate the help!

In HIS Service,

Steve and Kandie
