We are sitting at the airport in Accra waiting to board the plane; we still have an hour or so before we board but we still have to go through a final security check.
After our worship service this morning we went shopping at the cultural center. We found some good buys. Taylor made friends with a monkey that someone had at the cultural center. The first time we saw him we bought an avocado for him and then on our return trip Taylor fed him French fries. While we were out and about we found a Burger King; that is where we ate our lunch; it reminded us of home.
When we got back to the hotel we had to repack our suitcases and find a place to put all of our treasures.
We paid for a late check out at the hotel so we could get a bath before we left for the van. We hired a van to take us to the airport.
We are all excited to be headed home!
